At Solei Sea, we want you to love every step in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn sandals in their original packaging and include all tags. Secure the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records to monitor the return progress.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
